Our Asian business has more than doubled in the past 2 years. Thanks to NVA, we do not have to spend any additional

I wanted to formalize the comments that we have given your organization verbally over the past year.
You and your staff at New Vision Asian have delivered significant results for our organization in terms of giving a solid structure to our source
of supply from Asia. NVA has replaced our previous structure of sourcing products for our customers that had caused problems with quality and continuity of supply.
In several cases we were able to work together to give our customers features to their products that are not currently available domestically. That competitive
advantage for them in marketplace is also a competitive advantage for our organization.
NVA has also been able to source products that our customers have asked us for that are outside our typical core product offerings. In on situation NVA located
the same source of supply and negotiated a better arrangement with the factory that allowed our organization to secure the business.
Your expertise in the logistical side of the business has also afforded us the ability to save on the freight issues coming from Asia. Obviously the volume
your organization produces has given NVA leverage in this aspect of the business.
The staff at NVA has proven to be of the highest quality of businesspeople. No matter who we speak to or communicate with there, we are 100% confident that
our requirements are understood and executed. The previous delays or ”misunderstandings” due to the language, culture or time differences have been completely
eliminated. I have been impressed at how quickly your team came up speed in “learning and mastering” the core competencies of the plastics business.
